Hailing from California originally, Jenna has had a long history with medical cannabis, stretching as far back as 2009. Under California’s Proposition 215, she was able to learn from and participate in several small outdoor grows under the watchful eye of her first mentor. In 2012, she built her first hydroponic system, adapted for a closet grow indoors. With the success of that harvest, she has become an avid supporter of the use of hydroponics in the cannabis industry. Jenna hopes to find ways to make hydroponics simple and accessible to anyone. After moving to Oregon in 2016, she got her OLCC license and officially entered the world of professional cannabis work. She has now worked at several farms and in all types of growscapes; indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse. As many before her have, she found herself thinking of ways to do things differently, a common interest she found with business partner Colene. Branching out on their own, these two women hope to bring a love of the plant back to the cannabis industry by focusing on giving each plant the attention and care it deserves.
Oracle Gardens is striving to blaze a trail in the world of legal cannabis. Exploring the realm of what is possible within Oregon state regulations, we want to show others what can be done in the current market. In a male dominated industry where the black market can be a tempting exploit, two women are making a joint effort in walking the road and leaving lights behind them for others to follow. Oracle Gardens wants to be the light in dark corner of capitalism, and as entrepreneurs we hope to help uplift others to achieve similar success for themselves.
Colene was born in the north, raised in the south, and has travelled from East to West. Having sold her home in Florida, she followed her dream to be a part of this budding industry in states where the plant is less taboo. Being a professional artist, she has been in magazines and featured articles, including Girls Gone West which highlights her artistic creations inspired by her adventures and successes, as well as her impact back East while she braved the Wild Wild West. Her cannabis experience started out as a trimmer on the side of a mountain in 2017 and quickly evolved to farm hand, to farm assistant manager, to mobile trim business owner and lead farmer deep in the wilderness. Having learned that it is better to fly straight, she relocated to Southern Oregon in July of 2019 and hit the ground running, working at over 30 farms all across the state through a cannabis staffing agency. With the knowledge she accumulated, Colene was heavily sought after by prominent recreational farms and quickly excelled from Propagation Manager to Veg Manager to Operations Manager overseeing two farms, in addition to freelancing cannabis consultations. Upon hitting a glass ceiling working for “the man”, she simply broke through with Jenna and created Oracle Gardens; a wonderful place where their female touch, intuition, attention to detail, and nurturing all thrive and are obvious in the moms, clones, and art they produce. Owning a business jointly with Jenna, she hopes to be the other half to the best thing growing in this valley and inspire others to follow.
Oracle Gardens is owned and operated by two women, seasoned in the industry, dedicated to paving a way for others and operating as an example of excellence. We are answering a call to bring a nurturing natural path back to the cannabis scene. As we grow, and grow our business, our goal is to uplift the community around us by giving back and sharing knowledge freely.
Perhaps one of the most amazing environments to grow cannabis, our farm is nestled right in between the Rogue and Applegate Rivers. We're just far enough outside of town to enjoy an amazing mountain view from right outside our barn door
Striving for purity, we take a natural and balanced approach to our nutrients and pest management. We feed our plants with 100% natural or "nature derived" nutrients, no salts or synthetics. When it comes to pest control we use natural solutions like ladybugs, castile soap, and harmless hydrogen peroxide. We keep our Bloom Room 100% pest free so our flower never gets sprayed with anything - EVER - preserving the natural aroma and flavor profile.
